Arrangements for school on Monday
If you have been invited to join us at school next week or you have requested that your child comes into school because you are a key worker in a critical sector, the following outlines some of the plans in place:
Here are the plans for next week:
School is open from 7:45 – 6:00pm.
If you want to access Breakfast Club from 7:45 – 9:00am, the cost is £3 per day and you MUST let us know that you are attending. You will be charged if you book a place and do not attend. If you are eligible for Pupil Premium, there is no charge for Breakfast Club.
If you want to access After School Club from 3:15 – 6:00pm, the cost is £7 per day and you MUST let us know that you are attending. You will be charged if you book a place and do not attend.
For children attending just the school day, please arrive between 8:45 and 9:00.
For children in Nursery and Reception, please enter via Reception/Year 1 gate. The gate will open at 8:45
For children in Year 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, please drop them off in the main playground. Year 1 and 2 will enter through the 2R classroom.
Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 will enter through the quad. The blue gate will be open at 8:30 and a member of staff will be on duty. Doors to the main school will open at 8:45am
Please pick up your children from the same place.
We will assume your child will be in every day unless you tell us differently. Please call or email the office to let us know that a child will not be attending on a particular day as we will be following our normal absence procedures.
There will be a cooked lunch service each day for Free School Meals children only.
This does NOT include Universal Free School Meals in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2.
There is no need to book the meal on Parent Pay but there will be a choice that includes meat, vegetarian and halal options.
For children not on Free School Meals, they need to bring a packed lunch.
If you are unsure of your FSM status, please contact the school office
Please ensure children have PE kit every day (Miss Blackwell and/or Mr Beezley are running sessions every day) and also bring in a pair of wellies as there are lots of outside activities being planned.
Please bring in a water bottle and healthy snacks as our fruit supplier has cancelled deliveries.
You do not need to wear school uniform.
Please shout if you have any questions, but we will see you on Monday!
